1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AlphaBet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
AlphaBet provides sports betting tips, analysis, and community access for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial advice. Our tips represent our opinions and research — they are not guarantees of profit or outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at $50 AUD unless cancelled.
- A free week is available to new subscribers as our launch gift. Your card will be charged after the free week unless you cancel beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time via your Account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly post our tips or content without permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent account restrictions or access controls
- Harass or abuse other members of the community
5. Discord Access
Discord access is granted automatically upon connecting your Discord account and maintaining an active subscription. Access is revoked immediately upon cancellation or account termination. Discord accounts may only be linked to one AlphaBet account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that tips will be profitable, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any betting losses incurred. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription.
8. Responsible Gambling
We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. If you feel gambling is negatively impacting your life, please seek help. The National Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 on 1800 858 858 or at gamblinghelponline.org.au.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, without refund. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
